Returns of Non-Customized Products due to change of mind:

Framier will refund (Purchase Price – Delivery Fee = Refunded Amount (S$)), provided that the product is in its original packaging. In the situation where the product is removed from its original packaging, Framier reserves the right to refuse any returns and refund.”

Customers may choose to receive a 1-1 replacement or a refund amount of (Purchase Price – Delivery Fee = Refunded Amount (S$)).

Returns of Customized Products due to change of mind:

Framier does not accept any returns and refund for customized products due to change of mind. To cancel the order, kindly reach out to us immediately via our contact number +65 82628212. We are only able to issue a full refund in the situation where manufacturing has yet to begin.

Customers may choose to receive a 1-1 replacement or a refund amount of (Purchase Price – Delivery Fee = Refunded Amount (S$)).


On delivery, customer or 3rd party (whom are appointed by the customer for sign-off) shall inspect the item(s) and the surroundings carefully before our delivery team leaves the premise. Any damages detected should be reported immediately to the delivery team and be sure it is noted on the delivery order. Upon signing acceptance of the delivery order, it will be treated that conditions of goods and surroundings are within acceptance level of the consumers. Any discrepancies reported will not be accepted and Framier reserve the right to reject any claims that are incurred after delivery of your items.

You will also need to email us at help@framier.sg and provide a detailed description of fault and photos/videos showing the damages. We will aim to provide a response within 2 business days. Please note that insufficient information on issue/defects may incur delays with us in providing a resolution.

Framier reserves the right in its absolute discretion to determine whether a part has failed due to a defect or wear and tear. Such replacement or repair is offered by Framier at its sole discretion. All replacement or repair of item(s) will depend on the next available schedule. Framier shall not be liable for any consequences (whether direct or indirect) of the delay in the delivery of the replacement item and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Framier or to any comparison. All full refund due to defects will be refunded as follows: Purchase Price – Delivery Fee = Refunded Amount (S$).

In the event where errors are found in the customized product, Framier will provide a 1-1 replacement. However, Framier shall not be liable for any consequences (whether direct or indirect) of the delay in the delivery of the replacement item and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Framier or to any comparison. All full refund due to errors will be refunded as follows: Purchase Price – Delivery Fee = Refunded Amount (S$).

Errors include the following:
a) Large discrepancies in actual measurements from discussed measurements written in the invoice (more than 1-2cm per part).

b) Discrepancies of material used. Kindly choose the fabric and color with care, once order is processed, there will be no exchange or refunds.

c) Discrepancies in design. Customized furniture is unique and may be complicated, Framier reserves the right to determine if the product is eligible for a replacement in the event where there are any discrepancies in the outlook of the final customized product. Kindly ensure that your needs and requirements are clearly communicated and included in the invoice before making any payments.  

Kindly note that as customized furnitures are unique to every order, the finished product may be different from pictures seen on our social media platforms. As such, Framier will not be liable for this reason. Kindly also note that as customized furnitures are unique to every order, lead time and installation may differ for different orders. Framier will not be held accountable for any delays due to large order size and complicated designs.
