2-Year Warranty
Structure and hardware warranty on all Framier bed frames and furniture.
Assembly Included
Professional assembly is included with all bulky furniture deliveries, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation if made at least 5 working days before scheduled delivery.
No Returns on Custom Goods
Customised or customisable goods cannot be returned once production has commenced.
Warranty Coverage
All Framier bed frames and furniture products carry a 2-year warranty covering structure and hardware defects from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
Damage due to misuse, accident, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.
To make a warranty claim, email info@framier.sg with your order number and photos of the defect. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge if notice is given at least 5 working days before the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellations within 5 working days of delivery may incur a rescheduling or restocking fee.
To cancel, email info@framier.sg with your order number as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
No returns are accepted for customised or customisable goods once production has commenced, as each piece is made to your specification.
In the event of a manufacturing defect confirmed by Framier, we will arrange repair or replacement at our discretion. Refunds for confirmed defects exclude delivery fees already incurred.
For non-customised items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss any concerns.
